Armando Solis is a Senior Project Manager at ADVANTEC Consulting Engineers and a licensed Civil Engineer with over 24 years of experience in highway and roadway engineering. He has played a key role in successfully delivering numerous PS&E projects for Caltrans Districts 7, 8, 11, and 12, as well as for local agencies and cities throughout Southern California.

He brings a comprehensive background in civil, traffic, and electrical design disciplines. His hands-on expertise includes roadway layout and profiles, pavement delineation, signing, traffic signal systems, ramp metering, roadway lighting, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), traffic signal timing and synchronization, fiber optic communication systems, traffic control, and construction staging. His multidisciplinary skill set enables him to manage and oversee the entire design process from concept to construction.

He also has substantial experience providing construction support services, working closely with contractors and agencies to ensure successful implementation and coordination during field execution. Mr. Solis is known for his technical depth, reliability, and ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects that meet both agency standards and community needs.
