Since 2010, ADVANTEC has provided comprehensive traffic signal operations and monitoring services for all signalized intersections within the City of Chino Hills. Designed to maintain system efficiency and enhance traffic progression, services include weekly monitoring of signal timing and detector functionality, both remotely and in the field, and timely troubleshooting within 24 hours of City requests. ADVANTEC also maintains and updates the Aries central system, manages data communications, and adjusts signal timing parameters to ensure optimal performance. Quarterly drive-through evaluations during peak periods further support citywide coordination. Additional on-call services include traffic signal design, plan checks, construction management, and modifications to existing signals and interconnect systems.
