Mr. Armando Solis is a Registered Civil Engineer with over 23 years of professional experience focusing on all aspects of highway and roadway engineering. He has been involved in successful delivery of numerous PS&E projects to various Caltrans Districts (7, 8, 11, 12) and local cities across southern California. His extensive design experience spans over civil, traffic and all traffic electrical disciplines. Mr. Solis possesses hands-on experience in designing the following disciplines: roadway layout and profiles, pavement delineation, signing, traffic signal, ramp metering, lighting, intelligent transportation systems, traffic signal timing, traffic signal synchronization, fiberoptic communication systems, traffic control, and construction staging. He also has numerous experiences providing construction support during construction and overseeing the design of the disciplines mentioned above.
