With over 38 years of experience in traffic engineering, Mr. Glenn Murphy, a senior electrical engineer, specializes in actively designing, developing, and implementing a wide range of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). His expertise includes Tolling Systems, Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras, ramp metering systems, traffic signals, control center facilities, and advanced communication systems. He possesses extensive knowledge in designing communication system architectures and developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates (PS&E) for fiber optic and wireless communications for both center-to-center and center-to-field networks. Additionally, he has hands-on experience in designing and integrating IP-based video and data networks, and he has served as an ITS/Tolling discipline design lead on multiple Design-Build projects.
