Q4 Transportation Solutions merger with ADVANTEC

ADVANTEC Consulting Engineers is pleased to announce that we have merged with Q4 Transportation Solutions as a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADVANTEC, and Joe El Harake has also become our Director of Highway Engineering.Joe El Harake, a nationally recognized Highway Engineering expert, will lead the development of innovative design, geometrics and traffic engineering for complex highway projects. With over 35 years of highway planning, design and operations experience, Mr. El Harake will further enhance ADVANTEC’s highway planning and design in the industry.
