Pauline Yip is the Chief Financial Officer of ADVANTEC Consulting Engineers. She joined the firm in 2008 as a Corporate Accountant, was promoted to Director of Administration in 2013, and has since advanced to her current leadership role. With 15 years of prior experience in public tax and audit accounting, she graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in accounting.

In her role, she oversees ADVANTEC’s financial operations, human resources, and administrative staff. Her responsibilities include day-to-day financial management, contract administration, and ensuring compliance with financial audits conducted by public agencies such as Caltrans and LA Metro. Additionally, she leads cost negotiations on contracts with Caltrans and serves as the Deputy Contract Manager on several key projects, providing financial oversight and strategic input.

Her combined expertise in accounting, contract administration, and compliance with public agencies has made her an essential component of ADVANTEC’s operational and financial success.
