Project Description

City of Glendale has commissioned ADVANTEC to develop a level of service model using Synchro software, which will be incorporated into the arterial traffic performance measurement system to allow for necessary operation timing adjustments. The Synchro model included 157 signalized intersections and was used to perform operational analysis of each traffic signal and develop appropriate mitigation measures to maintain acceptable levels of service.
