Job Description

The Senior Civil Engineer will have over 10 years' experience in roadway engineering and public works engineering, preferably with Caltrans project delivery experience from PID to PS&E phases. You will also be supervising and mentoring several young engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering projects ranging from PID to PS&E phases

• Assist in preparing proposals and attending interviews

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields

• Professional Engineer (Civil) License

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects

• Proficiency in MicroStation, Inroads, and related CADD software

• Strong communication skills

• Experience working with a team
