Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and performing business development on multi-modal smart mobility projects involving public works engineering, highway engineering, ITS, traffic signal synchronization, traffic engineering, and other supporting disciplines. You will also be supervising and mentoring several young engineers, with great career advancement opportunities! Requires suitable degree and with 7+ years of experience. Requires California Professional Engineer license.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee conduct of projects

• Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan

• Perform business development with clients

• Prepare high quality proposals

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• 7+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields

• Professional Engineer (Civil) License

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects

• Strong communication skills

• Experience working with a team
