The City of Claremont is actively enhancing roadway safety and multimodal mobility by addressing citizen-raised concerns through data-driven traffic engineering solutions. ADVANTEC is supporting this effort by providing a broad range of professional services including traffic studies, corridor and intersection analyses, and citywide planning for speed management and traffic calming. Key services include a citywide speed survey across 54 roadway segments, daily traffic volume collection at 84 locations, and development of a Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program with a resident-focused response toolbox. ADVANTEC also conducted warrant analyses for all-way stops and signals, detailed corridor and intersection studies, and line-of-sight evaluations. Additional services include PS&E for traffic signal improvements, ADA ramp upgrades, signing and striping plans, and construction support. Through its collaborative and technical approach, ADVANTEC is helping Claremont advance its transportation goals while maintaining responsiveness to community needs.
